Starting as a modest auto brokerage, we quickly gained traction, disrupting the market and reshaping our community’s approach to car ownership.

From the outset, we focused on providing a seamless, comprehensive solution for customers purchasing new vehicles from all major brands. As demand increased, we expanded into pre-owned car sales and launched state-of-the-art collision repair centers to meet our customers’ evolving needs.

Inspired by Benjamin Franklin’s insight, “Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning,” we embraced innovation as our core. We launched a tech company in China dedicated to developing software solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement across all Ideal Auto divisions. This integration of smart systems led to improved retention and heightened customer satisfaction.
